I am very unsatisfied with you. Even though I paid for a year you refuse to refund any of my money. I have made repeated attempts to talk to a supervisor but you won't let me talk to one. I cancelled my account within the first 30 days... it is rediculous that you expect me to cancel my account and get none of my money refunded. My account was originally scheduled for cancellation on October 29, 2003. I filed a complaint with the BBB and FTC and will be looking up the owner's name and contacting him/her directly by checking the corporation records. I am going to let everyone I can know about your terrible service. If I can't get any money back at least I can keep other people from making the same mistake I did. I made a backup copy of all my trouble tickets so I have them... plus all my other documentation. Feel free to visit http://www.gisolsucks.com
