NEWS UPDATE - 07/27/2007
    Sorry for the downtime.  Someone called me on Sunday and pretended to be someone from my webhosting company.  They said there was a court order to take down gisolsucks.com as well as other anti-gisol websites.  I called my ISP a few days ago and they said it wasn't them and that if they had called the Caller ID wouldn't have been blocked.  I posted more details on my blog.

NEWS UPDATE - 11/01/2006
    Someone just sent me a link to GISOL's poor BBB rating page on the BBB's website.  They gave the company an "F" rating which is defined as: "We strongly question the company’s reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law’s licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company’s industry is known for its fraudulent business practices."

NEWS UPDATE - 12/17/2004
    I just received an e-mail from someone telling me about the GISOLSUCKS forum.  I had tried to start one awhile ago but it never really took off so I'll just link to this one.  After numerous attempts to contact GISOL (and who I believed to be the owner of the company) I eventually got my money back.  It was a huge hassle that I wouldn't care to go through ever again.  I'd hate to see other people go through it too.  That's why I decided to upload my site again... because apparently people are still getting ripped off by them.  I have a lot of information online including my story, trouble tickets, 36 page letter to GISOL, company contact information (some of it was hard to find), misleading advertisements, etc.  I hope you find this information useful in your fight with them.  I have also decided to register the domain name GHSOLSUCKS.com so people who type that in will be able to find my site.

    This website is here to warn potential customers of Global Internet Solutions, Inc. (GISOL, Inc.) what they are getting into when they buy a web hosting account there.  They are also know as Global Hosting Solutions, Inc. (GHSOL, Inc.).  Maybe we can even file a class action lawsuit against them if there are enough people interested.

    I tried canceling my account well within the first 30 days after signing up because I realized what poor service they give you.  However, they won't give me any money back even though I paid for a whole year.  I tried writing to the BBB but they haven't responded to the complaints yet and it's already January 12, 2004.  In fact, they finally did cancel my account on January 7th but refuse to give me any money back even though I paid for a whole year.  I did a search on the Internet and found a lot of similar complaints to mine and posted them on this website.

    To everyone at Global Internet Solutions:  Thanks for stealing my $239.40 and giving me nothing in return... except frustration of course.
